Tidying the Garden
Kyrgyz students roll up their sleeves
Oh pandemic, pandemic. This garden was very beautiful because it was very well looked after, but when the pandemic came, we stopped looking after it. After the quarantine, we became very lazy.
For Global Youth Service Day (GYSD), I wanted to collect the students in one place and clean it up. I admit it was very difficult, but we did it. Soon we were to celebrate May 9th, the day of the victory of the Soviet Union over fascism. On this day, it is a tradition in our school to march. So we prepared lines for marching.
For the video, my English teacher wanted to be the commentator; I couldn’t refuse. It’s cool that he supports me in everything, and I am grateful.
