Never Stop Exploring
Future Leaders Exchange Program participant presenting about Kyrgyz culture at her West Virginia high school during IEW
Sezim makes a finer point about Kyrgyz culture clear during International Education Week.

My classmates were amazed with everything I have showed about my country. I wanted my presentations to be more than just a presentation about my country. So, I came up with the idea to teach people something about the class in which I was presenting...through my culture. For example, in my art class I presented about Kyrgyz arts and different types of artistic styles in my native land of Kyrgyzstan.

I enjoyed International Education Week, because it gave me an incredible opportunity to share my culture and to learn more about people. I appreciate everybody who has shared this week with me by being opening to learn. Never stop exploring! Discover something new even when you are sharing.
