Japanese student the missing piece in WA

Ray is our first exchange student, so we weren't sure what to expect. Something we didn't anticipate is how quickly Ray became family, fitting in just like a missing puzzle piece. Totally unexpected was how much my 3-year-old loves him.

The two bonded instantly and Ray has been the best big brother. He reads, plays, and snuggles with his little brother. In fact, when my son is upset he blows right past Mom, crying for Ray!

It's been such a blessing sharing our home with Ray, and I just know we will all be devastated to see him head back to Japan. This has been an unforgettable experience and we will always be grateful for our year with Ray.
