The PAX community coordinator represents the PAX program in the local community. Working directly with a regional director in the national office, the community coordinator helps to facilitate the placement and supervision of exchange students in high schools and with host families. Although there is no minimum, it is expected that the community coordinator will place three or four students each year. Is
the community coordinator position right for you? If you are chosen to be a PAX community coordinator, you will have an opportunity to • arrange homestays
and high school enrollment for foreign teenagers
